3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)Experience Requirements:
Successful completion as main supplier within the？last？ 4 years from Jan. 2018 to present, of at least 3 contracts each valued at？the below amounts for each Lot with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule？of？Supply).
For Lot 2: The bidder shall have successfully completed at least 3 contracts as main supplier of Gastroscopy & other Equipment within the？last 4 years from Jan. 2018 to present, each with contract amount not less than CNY 7,000,000.00;
2)Minimum average annual turnover of :
For Lot 2: CNY 17,481,200.00;
calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 4 years from Jan. 2018 to present.
3)Technical Experience
The Bidder for each lot shall demonstrate that the goods offered have:
(i) been in production for at least 6 years (from Jan. 2016 to present), the goods supplier started to put the goods into production before Jan. 2016, and
(ii) been sold a minimum of 3 units of similar type and specification over the last four (4) years from Jan. 2018 to present;
(iii) been in operation for a minimum of 2 years (Jan 2020 to present).
4)Historical Financial Performance:
Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last three years i.e. 2019, 2020, 2021 to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position and its prospective long-term profitability. In case a Bidder submits unaudited financial statements, the Bidder must submit evidence that it is not required by law in the Bidder's country to prepare audited financial statements. As a minimum, the Bidder's net worth for each of the three years calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
5)Cash Flow Capacity
Availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow requirement which is:For Lot 2: CNY 1,781,000.00;
